Gnawa Festival

The Gnawa Festival is an annual event in Essaouira, Morocco, celebrating the music of the descendants of African slaves in the country over four vibrant days.

The town, located on the Atlantic Coast, is worth visiting for its relaxed atmosphere, wonderful instruments, herb and spice souks, and local products like Argan Nut Oil. Additionally, visitors can enjoy the town’s ramparts and lovely beach, which features numerous fresh fish stalls.
